CAAMFest offers unique live events and highlight the works of significant media makers. This year, we continue that tradition with highlighting the legacy of filmmaker Arthur Dong, celebrating the newest film from Felicia Lowe, showcasing pacific islander films and presenting the works of youth media makers.

    ONE-ARMED SWORDSMAN, from the renowned Shaw Brothers Studio and acclaimed director Chang Cheh, was the first film in Hong Kong history to gross HK$1 million. SWORDSMAN is the classic kung fu story of honor and sacrifice featuring Jimmy Wang, whose rise to stardom was mostly due to this film’s success.
