Volunteer
Every year, hundreds of dedicated volunteers help make CAAMFest a success. From the box office to the galas, our volunteers help us produce the largest celebration of Asian and Asian American film, music, and food. Join us as we celebrate Asian American & National Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AA-NH/PI) Heritage Month!
Volunteer benefits include:
- Meeting film industry professionals and fellow film enthusiasts
- Official Festival Shirt
- Invitation to the annual Volunteer Appreciation Party
- Vouchers for festival screenings and giveaways (1 voucher per shift)
We need volunteers who:
- Can commit to a minimum of two shifts over the course of the festival (approx. 8 hours in total)
- Can attend a mandatory Volunteer Orientation either virtually, May 5th, 6pm-7pm or in-person, May 9th, 6pm-7pm at the Ninth Street Independent Film Center Screening Room, located at the ground floor
