Film As Collaboration (Lunch & Learn)

Filmmaking is collaborative, and every film is an ecosystem that extends beyond the creative team. This panel will explore the significance of building intentional, multi-generational teams and fostering relationships within the Asian American filmmaking community and the broader industry. We’ll discuss how filmmakers at different career stages can navigate the challenges of bringing resources into their projects without compromising their artistic vision. Panelists will share strategies for building strong networks, seeking mentorship, and creating support systems that help filmmakers thrive throughout their careers, both within and beyond the Asian American community.
