Description
Keep your morals in check, because they may come back to haunt you. From the director of HOW TO FIGHT IN SIX INCH HEELS, Ham Tran’s HOLLOW features the story of a family terrorized by their dead daughter, Ai, who has come back to life possessed by a vengeful spirit. Ai’s father seeks help from a shaman to exorcise the spirit, only to find that she is possessed by a living soul who must be blood related. Secrets unfold as Ai’s older sister, Chi, travels to where Ai’s dead body was found and discovers a village troubled by human trafficking and child prostitution. Connections from the father’s shadows are revealed, but you’ll just have to grip onto your seat to see the end of this red tale.
HOLLOW reaches a different height of drama compared to Ham Tran’s HOW TO FIGHT IN SIX INCH HEELS, and it doesn’t take any caution in addressing taboos. Gruesome and chilling, this horror bites down on the evil clashing between the living, the dead and the hollow.
