Description
Linh (Minh Hang) and Huy’s (Quy Binh) love story begins like any other: she faints, he saves her, and they fall in love on the way to a happily ever after. Before they reach “happily ever after,” Linh and Huy must confront nightmares about their past lives – specifically a love triangle with Linh’s twin sister Phuong (also played by Minh Hang) set in the 1960s.
Equipped with gorgeous cinematography and a dark twist on a typical love story, Vietnamese American filmmaker and actor Dustin Nguyen (21 JUMP STREET) pulls apart the idea of “happily ever after” and replaces it with questions about infidelity, spirituality, and destiny. This romantic psychological thriller is Nguyen’s third film as a director, and marks the triumphant acting comeback of Minh Hang.
