This May, we are proud to honor three outstanding industry leaders: Actor/Director Dante Basco, Director Evan Jackson Leong and Actor/Producer Margaret Cho.
Growing up in San Francisco, Filmmaker Evan Jackson Leong quickly learned the meaning of community and the importance of storytelling. He’s been making films for two decades with his most notable film being the wildly popular, LINSANITY (2013). Evan is back at CAAMFest with a narrative feature that he’s been working on for many years, SNAKEHEAD. With all of Evan’s films, he is incredibly thoughtful about how his films can push the diverse Asian American communities forward. We are thrilled and honored to celebrate Evan this year at CAAMFest.
